Tiga hari sebelum berpuasa, hari Khamis, when we had farewell lunch for Steve (you know, same stuff, viva thingy celebration), I told my non-muslim friends,
"Hah! I'm going to shed a few kilos this Ramadhan. Don't get jealousss!!" *cakap sambil muka mengejek*
"Yeahh..sure!! But still!!! 17 hours, not eating??! I can't believe it."
Still aku buat muka mengejek sambil tunjuk figure badan aku.
Harini Sabtu. Dah almost a week berpuasa. Haven't shed even 500grams. Yet. Instead, tambah 2kilos.
Gosh!
Tertekan.
Sebelum berpuasa, my spare tyre is almost gone. Because I had breakfast at home. Pegi college, no lunch. Balik rumah and had dinner before 6pm. Then pegi college semula. Balik at around 1030pm and dah tak makan dah.
Rutin baru, berbuka pukul 9pm. Makan nasi. Abis terawih dalam pukul 11pm. Terus tidur.
Bangun sahur pukul 3am. Makan nasi. Lepas subuh, 3.30am, tidur.
Now, I have additional spare tyres. Jangan disebut muffin top, lagi lah.
What am I gonna do??!!! I think I have to change WHAT I eat. Sebab WHEN to eat tu dah memang tak boleh nak adjust dah.
Kena try and error.
Ok avacado milkshake. See you tomorrow. Bye bye nasi.
